How can I return my order?

Where is my order?
When you have ordered online, you will receive regular emails from us regarding the status of your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which includes your tracking number. Please follow the instructions on this email to track the delivery of your order and get an indication of when yor parcel will be delivered. If you have not received this email, please check your email junk folder as they aften end up in there. If you still can't find one, please get in touch and we can follow this up for you.
When will my return be processed?
Please allow 5 working days from the day that your parcel was returned back to our distribution centre for your return to be processed.
Once it has been processed by the Online Team, you will receive an email confirming that it is complete.
Can I do an exchange?
Sorry, we don't offer Exchanges on our online store at this stage. You will be eligible for a refund on full price merchandise or a credit note for sale items, so that you can re-purchase the appropriate item.
