We hope you love your new purchase, however we know that you may need to return items from time to time. We are happy to offer a refund for change of mind on all full priced items.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Garments must be in original condition, not worn or washed.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by your original receipt.
- Sale items (marked down) cannot be refunded, but we will issue you an online store credit which is valid for 12 months.
START YOUR RETURN
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge your return. Please include your name, your order number and details of the items that you wish to return.
2. We will then issue you an RA# and provide the returns address to send your item/s back.
Please note: The cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return postage.
Please ensure your name & RA number are clearly written on the outside of your parcel to avoid any processing delays. Failure to do this will result in a processing free of $4.99 being deducted from your refund total.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?
Unfortunatley we don't accept returns for hosiery or underwear for hygiene reasons - sorry, we hope you understand!
This also includes our support garments.
CAN I RETURN SWIMWEAR PURCHASHED ONLINE?
We do accept the return of swimwear when purchased online. We understand it can be difficult to choose your style without being able to try it on. All tags must be intact with the hygiene strip still attached.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Yes absolutely! We will happily accept sale (marked down) items and issue you an online store credit provided they are unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attached, accompanied by your original receipt and returned within 30 days of delivery. Online store credits are valid for 12 months to make a new purchase. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND WHEN PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTION?
Sure! You can return most items for a refund or store credit even during a promotion so long as the item is not at a marked down price. A promotion refers to using a discount code at checkout or when a discount is applied at checkout. We also don’t accept returns of underwear, hosiery and support garments.
CAN I REQUEST TO EXCHANGE A PURCHASE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM OR SIZE?
Sorry we don’t currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund or online store credit, and re-purchase the required item on a new order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
If your order has arrived and you think you have received a faulty item, please contact our Online Returns Department immediately by email email@example.com
Items returned as faulty will be assessed by our head office. Faulty items can only be accepted if they are returned with proof of purchase and within a reasonable time after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you but you may be entitled to have the goods repaired, receive a credit note or exchange at our discretion.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY ORDER?
The cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return postage. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier or postal service when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up the delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow two weeks from the day of postage for your account to be credited to your original payment method.
I HAVE LOST MY PROOF OF PURCHASE. HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
