DOMESTIC SHIPPING USA

  • We ship via USPS to all states from our warehouse in Idaho.
  • We deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Our standard processing time for all USA orders is 24 to 72 hours. Please allow delays during busy and sale times. You will receive an email shipping notification from us as soon as your order has been dispatched
  • Please note that once parcels leave our warehouse, there can be delays with the delivery provider from time to time which are unfortunately out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA, MEXICO)

  • We ship to Canada and Mexico from our USA warehouse in Idaho.
  • Please note that once parcels leave our warehouse, there can be delays with the delivery provider from time to time which are out with our control.
  • Canada and Mexico orders can sometimes take a while to clear customs, so please allow extra time for that.
  • Import duty and taxes are your responsibility and to be paid on arrival of goods. Customs will contact you directly if there are any relevant charges, and we are unable to correspond with them on your behalf. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order if unsure.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has been received, you will receive an email order confirmation from us.

Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive another email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

You can track your order using the link in the email.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately we are unable to alter or cancel an order once it has been placed and paid for.

If you have ordered incorrectly, please re-order your correct size as soon as possible and return the incorrect one for a refund when you have received it.

It is your responsibility to check that your delivery address is correct before finalizing your order. Any additional freight charges arising from returned parcels (for example incorrect address entered at checkout, delivery not collected from Post Office within specified timeframe) will not be refunded.
