EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY

The holiday and gifting season is here, and we want to make your shopping experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
Starting from November 21st 2025, all eligible items purchased online will enjoy an extended returns window until the 15th January 2026.

START YOUR RETURN:

1. Email us at hello@ripe.com.au to lodge your return. Please include your name, your order number and details of the items that you wish to return.

2. We will then reply to your email with all the information needed to complete your return.

 Please note: The cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return postage.

Please ensure your name is clearly written on the outside of your parcel to avoid any processing delays. Failure to do this will result in a processing free of $4.99 being deducted from your refund total.
